地屈孕酮片联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨地屈孕酮片联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月如皋市人民医院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者50例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组实施宫腔镜手术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予地屈孕酮片治疗。比较两组治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平、并发症发生情况及复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,两组血红蛋白水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率、复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地屈孕酮片联合宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果显著,可改善患者子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平,降低术后并发症发生率和复发率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dydrogesterone tablets combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyp.Methods:A total of 50 patients with endometrial polyp who were treated in the People's Hospital of Rugao from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group implemented hysteroscopic surgery and the observation group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets on the basis of control group.The treatment effects,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin levels,complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the hemoglobin level in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rates in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dydrogesterone tablets combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial polyp has significant effects and can improve the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin levels of patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate.
