手法复位、塑性弹力夹板固定联合中药膏药外敷治疗肱骨髁上骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析手法复位、塑性弹力夹板固定联合中药膏药外敷治疗肱骨髁上骨折的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月西平合水张氏正骨医院收治的94例肱骨髁上骨折患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组接受手法复位及塑性弹力夹板固定治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受中药膏药外敷治疗。比较两组骨折愈合情况、愈合时间、肘关节功能、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组骨折愈合总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002 0)。研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 1)。治疗前,两组Mayo评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Mayo评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000 1)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002 5)。结论:手法复位、塑性弹力夹板固定联合中药膏药外敷治疗肱骨髁上骨折的效果显著,能够促进骨折愈合以及肘关节功能恢复,并减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the effect of manual reduction and plastic elastic splint fixation combined with plaster external application in treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture.Methods:A total of 94 children with humeral supracondylar fracture admitted to Xiping Heshui Zhang's Bone-setting Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and plastic elastic splint fixation,and the study group was treated with plaster external application on the basis of control group.The fracture healing,healing time,elbow joint function,and complications in two groups were compared.Results:The overall excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0020).The fracture healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0001).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the Mayo scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Mayo score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0025).Conclusion:Manual reduction and plastic elastic splint fixation combined with plaster external application in the treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture has significant effects,which can promote fracture healing and elbow joint function recovery,and reduce complications.
