摘　　要：目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗后应用三位一体细节化优质护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于四会市人民医院行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的急性脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施三位一体细节化优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014 4)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,日常生活活动能力量表、脑卒中影响量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。结论:急性脑梗死患者接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓后实施三位一体细节化优质护理,能降低其并发症发生率,缓解不良情绪,提高生活能力及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of trinity detailed high-quality care in patients with acute cerebral infarction after alteplase intravenous thrombolysis treatment.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction who received alteplase intravenous thrombolysis treatment in Sihui Municipal People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care,and the observation group implemented trinity detailed high-quality care on the basis of control group.The nursing effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0144).After the intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of Activities of Daily Living Scale and the Stroke Impact Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0001).Conclusion:Trinity detailed high-quality care in patients with acute cerebral infarction after alteplase intravenous thrombolysis treatment can reduce the incidence of complications,alleviate the bad mood,and improve the quality of life and life ability.
