集束化肺康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化肺康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2021年5月贵州航天医院收治的COPD患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组给予集束化肺康复护理。比较两组肺功能指标、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组症状、活动能力、疾病对日常生活的影响评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组症状、活动能力、疾病对日常生活的影响评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:COPD患者实施集束化肺康复护理的效果显著,能改善其肺功能,提升生活质量与护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 88 COPD patients who were admitted to Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received cluster pulmonary rehabilitation nursing.The pulmonary function indexes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)and FEV1/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of symptoms,activity ability and disease on daily life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of symptoms,activity ability and disease on daily life in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:The effect of cluster pulmonary rehabilitation nursing in the COPD patients is significant,which can improve the patients'pulmonary function,and increase their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
