循证护理预防腹腔镜手术患儿围术期低体温的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析循证护理预防腹腔镜手术患儿围术期低体温的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年3月于无锡市儿童医院行腹腔镜手术的患儿128例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各64例。对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较两组围术期体温、术中低体温发生情况、并发症发生情况。结果:两组术前、术中30 min、术中1 h及术后体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中2 h体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术中低体温发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:腹腔镜手术患儿围术期实施循证护理措施,可降低术中低体温发生率以及并发症发生率,保证围术期安全。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based care on the prevention of perioperative hypothermia in children undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 128 children undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group implemented perioperative routine care,and the observation group implemented evidence-based care.The perioperative body temperature,intraoperative hypothermia,and complications between the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in body temperature between the two groups before surgery,30 min during surgery,1 h during surgery,and after surgery(P>0.05).The body temperature at 2 h during surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:Perioperative evidence-based care measures in children undergoing laparoscopic surgery can reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and complications,and ensure perioperative safety.
