安全用药管理在社区医院药剂科的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨安全用药管理在社区医院药剂科的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月北京市海淀区温泉镇社区卫生服务中心收治的40例患者作为对照组,选取2021年10月—2022年10月收治的40例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规用药管理,观察组采取安全用药管理。比较两组不良事件发生情况、满意度。结果:观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。观察组患者总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:安全用药管理在社区医院药剂科的应用效果显著,可规范药品的管理,加强药品质量安全,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of safe medication management in the pharmacy of community hospitals.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021,40 patients admitted to the Beijing Haidian District Wenquan Town Community Health Service Center were selected as the control group.From October 2021 to October 2022,40 patients admitted were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted routine medication management,and the observation group adopted safe medication management.The adverse events and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application effect of safe medication management in the pharmacy of community hospitals is remarkable,which can standardize the management of drugs,strengthen drug quality safety,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
