数字普惠金融助力乡村振兴的实证分析

摘　　要：持续推进数字普惠金融的发展,可为农村提供有效的金融服务,并助力乡村振兴的发展。据此,采用2011—2020年省市面板数据,构建“三高、三态、三风、两治、三维度”的乡村振兴评价指标体系,使用固定效应模型,并引入城镇化发展水平分析数字普惠金融助力乡村振兴效应和机制。研究发现:数字普惠金融具有助力乡村振兴的效应;城镇化发展水平在数字普惠金融助力乡村振兴上具有正向调节作用;数字普惠金融的三个维度均具有助力乡村振兴的效应,但是效应大小存在显著差异。相对于中西部地区,东部经济发展水平高,其数字普惠金融发展水平也相对较高,因此,该地区数字普惠金融助力乡村振兴效应以及城镇化发展水平的调节效应都更加显著。Continuing to promote the development of digital inclusive finance can provide effective financial services for rural areas and accelerate the rural revitalization.Accordingly,this study built a rural revitalization evaluation index system using the provincial and municipal panel data from 2011 to 2020.The fixed effect model was used,and the urbanization development lev⁃el was introduced to analyze the effect and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization.The research finds that digital inclusive finance has the effect of boosting rural revitalization.Moreover,the level of urbanization development plays a positive role in the digital inclusive finance to help rural revitalization.All of the three dimensions of digital inclusive finance can boost rural revitalization,but they are significantly different in effect.Compared with the central and western regions,the eastern region has a high level of economic development and its level of development in inclusive digital finance is also relatively high.Therefore,the effect of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization and the regulatory effect of urbanization develop⁃ment are more significant in eastern region.
