摘　　要：针对现代仓储行业提出的更大存储空间、更快流转速度以及更加智能的管理系统等一系列迫切需求,本文以S7-1200 PLC和触摸屏为核心,设计了自动化立体仓库控制系统,重点探讨了立体仓库系统结构和功能、硬件设计、软件设计以及监控画面设计方面的内容。运行结果表明,系统具有运行可靠性高、人机界面友好、控制简单方便等优点。Aiming at a series of urgent needs of modern storage industry such as larger storage space,faster circulation speed and more intelligent management system,this paper takes S7-1200 PLC and touch screen as the core to realize the design of control system for automated stereoscopic warehouse.It focused on discussing the structure and functions of the stereoscopic warehouse system,hardware design,software design and monitoring screen design.The operation results show that the system has the advantages of high operation reliability,friendly man-machine interface,simple and convenient control,etc.
