摘 要:矿用提升机在运行过程中易出现过卷传感器损坏、制动系统失灵以及控制系统故障等问题,导致过卷引起坠罐事故。为此,本文研究了矿用提升机防过卷装置,设计了一种制动闸失灵自保护防过卷装置,分析了影响过卷装置制动效果的因素,利用ANSYS Workbench研究了钢带物理性质对制动力和防过卷效果的影响。仿真结果表明,本次设计的防过卷装置钢带的厚度和宽度会影响制动效果,且钢带的厚度和制动力呈平方关系,钢带的宽度和制动力呈线性关系,仿真结果与计算结果一致,验证了整体结构方案的合理性和可行性。During the operation of mining hoists,problems such as damage to overwind sensors,brake system malfunction,,and control system malfunction are prone to occur,leading to overwind and causing tank falling accidents.For this reason,this paper studies the anti-roll device of mining hoist,designs a self protective anti over coiling device for brake failure,analyzes the factors affecting the braking effect of the over coiling device,and uses ANSYS Workbench to study the influence of physical properties of steel strips on braking force and anti over coiling effect.The simulation results show that the thickness and width of the anti-roll device steel strip in this design will affect the braking effect,and the thickness of the steel strip and the braking force present a square relationship,while the width of the steel strip and the braking force present a linear relationship.The simulation results are consistent with the calculation results,verifying the rationality and feasibility of the overall structural plan.
