摘 要:传统线损管理一般采用周期较长的人工方式辨识线损情况,导致配电网降损效果较差,因此,本文提出了一种基于智能电表及集抄技术的线损管理方法。首先采用智能电表及集抄技术远程抄写并传输用户的电量数据;其次预处理采集的电量数据中的缺失值和异常噪声,并根据处理后的电量数据计算线损;最后以线损率最小化为目标制定管控措施,实现配电网的线损管理。实验结果表明,与管理前相比,采用本文设计的线损管理方法后,配电网的线损量降低了20.063 3 kWh,证明了智能电表及集抄技术在线损管理中的有效性与实用性。Traditional line loss management generally uses manual methods with a long cycle to identify line loss situations,resulting in poor loss reduction effectiveness in distribution networks,therefore,this paper proposes a research and analysis method for the use of intelligent electricity meters and centralized reading technology in line loss management.Firstly,intelligent electricity meters and centralized reading technology are used to remotely copy and transmit users'electricity data.Secondly,preprocess the missing values and abnormal noise in the collected electricity data,and calculate the line loss based on the processed electricity data.Finally,with the goal of minimizing line loss rate,control measures are formulated to achieve line loss management in the distribution network.The experimental results show that after the line loss management method designed in this paper,the line loss of the distribution network has decreased by 20.0633 kWh compared to before management,proving the effectiveness and practicality of intelligent meters and centralized reading technology in line loss management.
