摘 要:水下湿插拔连接器是一种应用于水下的光电连接器,为各种水下设备提供稳定可靠的光学传输及电力传输。在实际应用中,水下湿插拔连接器需要在水下进行多次插拔,为保证其在水下的长期稳定工作,本文设计了一种水下湿插拔连接器试验装置,在湿式环境中,对连接器进行重复插拔测试、绝缘检测、光衰检测等性能检测。此试验装置操作简单、稳定可靠,从多方面综合测试分析,以确保水下湿插拔连接器的综合性能。The underwater wet plug connector is a kind of optical and electrical connector used in underwater,which provides stable and reliable optical transmission and power transmission for various underwater equipment.In practical applications,underwater wet plug and unplug connectors need to be plugged and unplugged multiple times underwater.To ensure their long-term stable operation underwater,this paper designs an underwater wet plug and unplug connector testing device.In a wet environment,the connector is subjected to repeated plug and unplug testing,insulation testing,light attenuation testing,and other performance tests.This experimental device is easy to operate,stable and reliable,and is comprehensively tested and analyzed from multiple aspects to ensure the comprehensive performance of underwater wet plug connectors.
