摘 要:疏蕾是园艺栽培的一项重要措施,为探究疏蕾对牡丹枝条年生长量的影响,在牡丹开花期,以‘白雪塔’、‘太平红’、‘紫云仙’、‘花王’和‘岛之藤’5个牡丹品种为试材,选取最上部花芽当年所形成花枝,在其生长发育的立蕾期(T1)、小风铃期(T2)、大风铃期(T3)、圆桃期(T4)和平桃期(T5),分别采用两种方式进行修剪疏蕾。结果表明,不同时期不同疏蕾方式的枝长和枝粗与对照均有差异。A与B两种疏蕾方式疏蕾枝当年的枝长和枝粗最佳表现均优于对照,主要以圆桃期(T4)前后疏蕾表现最好,而较早疏蕾则表现较差。疏蕾枝枝长A方式优于B方式,而B方式枝长的留存率大于A方式。两种方式间枝粗差异不明显,疏蕾枝落叶后较谢花时均不同程度的加粗。Bud-thinning plays an important role in horticultural practice.In this study,we investigated the effect of bud-thinning on the annual growth of peony branches during its flowering stage.Five peony varieties,namely‘Baixueta’,‘Taipinghong’,‘Ziyunxian’,‘Huawang’and‘Daozhiteng’,were selected as experimental materials.At various stages including budding(T1),small balloon stage(T2),big balloon stage(T3),open bloom stage(T4)and color break stage(T5)of peony,flower branches originating from the uppermost bud of the current year were chosen and subjected to two distinct pruning methods.The results showed that the length and diameter of branches treated with different bud thinning methods in different periods were different from those of the control.By using two methods of bud-thinning,A and B,superior branch growth was observed for the thinned branches compared to the control,particularly around the transition to and from the open bloom stage(T4),However,earlier bud-thinning exhibited less favorable results.In terms of branch length,mode A exhibited better performance than mode B,although mode B demonstrated a higher branch length retention rate.Although no significant disparities in branch diameter between the two methods were observed,the branches and leaves following bud-thinning displayed increased thickness relative to post-flower shedding.
