摘　　要：为了保证柴油机正常起动,检验各管路系统安装的可靠性,在柴油机首次启动前对柴油机管路系统进行仔细投油冲洗是非常重要的。本文了分析了首台低速船用柴油机6S46ME-C HPSCR的投油,目的是为了避免投油冲洗过程的混乱以及投油过程中需注意事项,且为投油节省了时间,提高了效率。其中包括对主滑油系统、HPS系统、HCU系统、燃油系统和气缸油系统的投油,保证了柴油机在首次动车试验前的清洁度要求。本文也同样适合船舶在试航前对各管路系统清洁度的要求。In order to ensure the normal starting of the diesel engine and check the reliability of the installation of each pipeline system,it is very important to carefully flushing the pipeline system of the diesel engine before the first start of the diesel engine.The article analyzes the flushing of the first low-speed marine diesel engine 6S46ME-C HPSCR,The purpose is to avoid the confusion of the flushing process and put forward some measures during flushing process,To save time and improve efficiency for flushing.This includes the flushing of the main lubricating oil system,HPS system,HCU system,fuel system and cylinder lubrication system.Ensure the cleanliness requirements of diesel engine before the first time test.This article is also applicable to the requirements for the cleanliness of each pipeline system before the ship's sea trial.
