摘 要:为了延长内燃机的机械使用期限,保障内燃机的运作正常稳定性,本文基于疲劳损伤理论,对内燃机活塞的机械疲劳损伤及可靠性展开研究。应用ANSYS工作平台对稳态热分析内燃机活塞,施加机械载荷边界条件与热机耦合边界条件,模拟内燃机活塞可靠性的影响要素,计算活塞的疲劳损伤特性,分析活塞机械疲劳寿命预测结果,进行活塞装机耐久性试验,旨在为内燃机活塞结构与可靠性设计提供参考。In order to prolong the mechanical service life of internal combustion engine and ensure the normal operation and stability of internal combustion engine,this paper studies the mechanical fatigue damage and reliability of internal combustion engine piston based on the fatigue damage theory.Apply the ANSYS working platform to the steady thermal analysis of internal combustion engine piston,apply the mechanical load boundary condition and the thermal-mechanical coupling boundary condition,simulate the influence factors of internal combustion engine piston reliability,calculate the fatigue damage characteristics of the piston,analyze the piston mechanical fatigue life prediction results,and carry out the piston installation durability test,in order to provide reference for the internal combustion engine piston structure and reliability design.
