摘 要:本文以某铁路局机务段HXD1型内燃机车作为主要研究对象,结合该机车实际情况,建立了机车预防性维修模型并进行求解分析。主要内容如下:首先,介绍了机车预防性维修理论及方法;其次,针对目前机车检修方式单一且存在不足之处等问题,提出了一种新的预防性维修模式——多级预防修制,并给出了相应的数学表达式;再次,通过引入“机会成本”概念,将机车故障率与预防性维修时间联系起来,构建了机车多级预防修模型,并采用遗传算法对其进行求解;最后,利用Matlab软件编写程序代码,验证了模型的正确性。In this paper,the SD1 diesel locomotive of a railway station is taken as the main research object,and combined with the actual situation of the locomotive,the locomotive preventive maintenance model is established and analyzed.The main contents are as follows:First,the theory and method of locomotive preventive maintenance are introduced;Secondly,aiming at the problems such as the single and insufficient maintenance mode of locomotive,a new preventive maintenance mode——multi-level preventive repair system is proposed,and the corresponding mathematical expression is given.Thirdly,by introducing the concept of"opportunity cost"and connecting the failure rate of locomotive with the preventive maintenance time,a multi-stage preventive repair model of locomotive was constructed,and the genetic algorithm was used to solve it.Finally,using Matlab software to write program code,verify the correctness of the model.
