摘 要:采用常规固相反应烧结法制备了(1-x)Ba_(0.99)Ca_(0.01)Zr_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3)-xLa_(2/3)TiO_(3)陶瓷样品。研究了其相结构、显微形貌、铁电性能、压电性能及介电性能。研究结果表明,样品均具有典型的钙钛矿相结构,适量La_(2/3)TiO_(3)改性促进了晶粒均匀生长发育,提高了陶瓷的致密度。随La_(2/3)TiO_(3)含量的增加,陶瓷表现出优异的铁电性能,当x=0.004时,获得最小矫顽场Ec~3.9 kV/cm和剩余极化强度Pr~9.7μC/cm^(2);在极化电压~15 kV/cm时即可达到理想的极化效果,压电常数d33~386 pC/N,机械品质因数Qm~175和机电耦合系数kp~46%。In this work,(1-x)Ba_(0.99)Ca_(0.01)Zr_(0.02)Ti_(0.98)O_(3)-xLa_(2/3)TiO_(3) Ceramic samples were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction sintering method.The phase structure,microstructure,ferroelectric properties,piezoelectric properties and dielectric properties of the ceramics were investigated.The results show that the samples all have typical perovskite phase structure.Modification of La2/3TiO3 with appropriate amount of La_(2/3)TiO_(3) can promote uniform grain growth and increase the density of the ceramics.With the increase of La2/3TiO3 content,the ceramics exhibit excellent ferroelectric properties.When x=0.004,the minimum coercive field Ec~3.9kV/cm and the residual polarization strength Pr~9.7μC/cm^(2) were obtained.The ideal polarization effect can be achieved when the polarization voltage is~15kV/cm,which the piezoelectric constant is d33~386 pC/N,mechanical quality factor Qm~175 and electromechanical coupling coefficient kp~46%.
