摘　　要：通过对铬锆铜性能的研究,为铬锆铜在高速大直径鼠笼转子中的应用提供切实可行的依据。同时制定了铬锆铜端环和导条焊接的专项工艺方案。在此基础上实现了铬锆铜在高转速大直径鼠笼转子上的批量应用,且质量满足要求、经济效益明显。Through the study of the properties of ZrCrCu,this paper provided the practical basis for the application of ZrCrCu in high-speed large diameter squirrel cage rotor and developed the special process of welding ZrCrCu SC Ring and conductive bar.Base on this,batch applications of ZrCrCu in high speed and large diameter rat cage rotor were achieved with acceptable quality and obvious economic benefits.
