摘　　要：目的探讨社区护理的规范化管理。方法在评价社区护理现状的基础上 ,采取重建社区护理服务体系、规范社区护理文件、培训护理人员等措施。结果社区服务对象对护理服务满意率达 99% ,护士综合评分为 94 .1,社区护理服务质量得到有效控制。结论社区护理工作的规范化管理可提高护理服务质量 ,此次制定的各项制度、职责和护理文件种类及书写规范尚待在实践中进一步完善。Objective To investigate the standardized management of community nursing care. Methods On the basis of evaluating the present conditions of community nursing care, the measures including rebuilding community nursing service system, standardizing the files of community nursing and training nursing members were imple mented . Results The satisfaction rate of the community service objects to nursing service was up to 99%. The integrative grade of the nurses was 94.1. The quality of community service was effectively controled. Conclusion The standardized management of community nursing care can improve the quality of the nursing service. The drawn systems, responsibilities and nursing files await further improvement in the future.
