摘 要:针对传统静脉导管医用硅橡胶材料抗菌性能和生物相容性能差的问题,提出一种新型功能涂层改性硅橡胶材料的制备,并对其抗菌性和生物相容性进行研究。结果表明:当CS∶Cu复合功能涂层中CS∶Cu为100∶1时,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌率均达到了95%以上,经过生理盐水浸泡后,CS∶Cu复合功能涂层的抗菌性几乎不受影响。对铜离子溶出率进行测试,随浸泡时间的增加,铜离子溶出量几乎保持为恒定状态。细胞浓度并未发生较明显的变化,制备的复合功能涂层铜离子浓度均在生物安全范围内,可以作为生物植入材料使用。In view of the poor antibacterial property and biocompatibility of traditional silicone rubber materials for venous catheters,a new type of functional coating modified silicone rubber material was prepared,and its antibacterial property and biocompatibility were studied.The test results show that when the ratio of CS∶Cu in the CS/Cu composite functional coating is 100∶1,the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is more than 95%.After soaking in physiological saline,the antibacterial property of the CS/Cu composite functional coating is almost unaffected.The copper ion dissolution rate was tested,and the copper ion dissolution rate remained almost constant with the increase of immersion time.After the coating and the coating extract were co-cultured with the endothelial cells,the cell concentration did not change significantly,which means that the copper ion in the coating extract did not significantly inhibit or promote the endothelial cells.Moreover,the copper ion concentration of the composite functional coating prepared in this experiment is within the biosafety range,and can be used as a biological implant material.
