摘  要:对2种非沥青基防水卷材自粘层胶粘剂进行蠕变研究,利用时温等效原理研究2种胶粘剂的长期蠕变性能。结果表明:在常温25℃条件下,相对于丁基胶,热熔胶具有较好的抗蠕变性能,2种胶粘剂的蠕变性能均受温度影响;随着温度的升高,2者的蠕变形变均增加,高温下热熔胶的抗蠕变效果仍优于丁基胶。由时温等效结果可知,当产生相同的蠕变形变量,相对于丁基胶,热熔胶需要较长的时间,即产生1%的蠕变形变,丁基胶需要0.6 h,热熔胶需要32.8 d;产生5%的蠕变形变,丁基胶需要2.7 d,热熔胶需要2.2年;产生20%蠕变形变,丁基胶需要39 d,而热熔胶需要11.4年,表明热熔胶具有较好的长期抗蠕变性能。Creep properties of two non-asphalt-based waterproofing membrane adhesives were carried out.The long-term creep properties of the two adhesives were studied through the time-temperature equivalence principle.Results show that hot melt adhesive shows better creep resistance than butyl rubber at room temperature(25 ℃).The creep properties of two adhesives are all affected by temperature.The creep deformation of two both increase with the increase of temperature.The creep resistance of the hot melt adhesive is still better than that of butyl rubber at high temperature.The results of the time-temperature equivalence study show that when the same creep deformation variable is generated,compared with butyl rubber,hot melt adhesive takes a longer time,that is,1% creep deformation takes 0.6 hours for butyl rubber and 32.8 days for hot melt adhesive,5% creep deformation takes 2.7 days for butyl rubber and 2.2 years for hot melt adhesive;20% creep deformation takes 39 days for butyl rubber and 11.4 years for hot melt adhesive,indicating that hot melt adhesives show good long-term creep resistance.
