摘  要:为提升建筑幕墙用硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的耐高温性能,对不同类型的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶在高温环境下的性能进行测试。制备触变剂质量分数为10%、15%、20%、25%、30%以及催化剂质量分数为1%、2%、3%的不同类型硅烷改性聚醚密封胶,测试硅烷改性聚醚密封胶在高温环境下的邵氏硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等性能。试验结果表明:硅烷改性聚醚密封胶触变剂添加量越大,高温环境下的拉伸强度越高,催化剂质量分数越低,高温环境下的断裂伸长率数值越大,其耐高温性能越强;催化剂质量分数越小,其内聚破坏程度较低,耐高温能力越强;催化剂质量分数较小,邵氏硬度数值越大,抗高温能力越强。To improve the high-temperature resistance of silane modified polyether sealants for building curtain walls,the performance of different types of silane modified polyether sealants in high-temperature environments was tested.Different types of silane modified polyether sealants with thixotropic agent mass fractions of 10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,and catalyst mass fractions of 1%,2%,and 3% were prepared,and the properties of silane modified polyether sealants such as Shore hardness,tensile strength,and elongation at break in high-temperature environments were tested.The experimental results show that the larger the amount of silane modified polyether sealant thixotropic agent added,the higher the tensile strength under high temperature environment;the lower the catalyst mass fraction,the larger the fracture elongation value under high temperature environment,and the stronger its high-temperature resistance performance;the smaller the mass fraction of the catalyst,the lower its degree of cohesive damage and stronger its high-temperature resistance;the smaller the catalyst mass fraction,the greater the Shore hardness value,and the stronger the high-temperature resistance.
