摘  要:医学诊断离不开X光射线和同位素等检测手段,为了降低辐射,必须对医疗建筑采取必要的防护措施,分析研究医疗建筑结构所采用的的混凝土材料的防辐射性能。混凝土浇筑过程中会有很多水热化产生,导致温度应力的出现,进而形成裂缝,为了避免由于裂缝太多而导致构件承载力减弱以及辐射外泄,在防辐射混凝土相关研究的基础上,阐述温度变形、自生体积变形等对裂缝的影响,据此提出相应的控制措施,对于医院建筑用防辐射混凝土裂缝发生概率的降低、防辐射混凝土防护效果的提升具有积极意义。Medical diagnosis is dependent on X-ray and isotope detection means,in order to reduce radiation,it is necessary to take the protective measures for medical buildings.The radiation protection properties of concrete materials used in medical building structures are analyzed and studied.In the process of concrete pouring,there will be a lot of hydrothermal generation,which will increase the temperature stress,resulting in the formation of cracks.In order to avoid the weakening of bearing capacity and radiation leakage caused by too many cracks,this paper expounded the influence of temperature deformation and autogenous deformation on cracks on the basis of relevant research of radiation-proof concrete,and proposed corresponding control measures accordingly.It has positive significance to reduce the crack occurrence rate of radiation-proof concrete used in medical buildings and improve the protective effect of radiation-proof concrete.
