摘  要:为了提升碳纤维复合材料的机械性能,研究了热压温度、热压时间、热压压力对碳纤维增强铝基复合材料碳纤维增强铝基复合材料显微组织、致密度和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,9组不同热压工艺下试样的致密度介于94.4%~98.7%,抗拉强度介于160~265 MPa;热压温度520℃、热压时间240 min、热压压力为12 MPa时碳纤维复合材料具有最大的致密度和抗拉强度,在此条件下,碳纤维复合材料(3#)的铝基体已经与碳纤维发生了充分扩散,形成了良好的界面结合,不同热压工艺下碳纤维复合材料的截面形貌都可见层状结构,且碳纤维整体都呈现平行分布特征。In order to improve the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites,the he effects of hot pressing temperature,time,and pressure on the microstructure,density,and tensile properties of carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites were studied.The results showed that the density and tensile strength of 9 groups of samples under different hot pressing processes ranged from 94.4% to 98.7% and 160 MPa to 265 MPa,respectively;Carbon fiber composites had the highest density and tensile strength when the hot-pressing temperature was 520 ℃,the hot-pressing time is 240 minutes,and the hot-pressing pressure was 12 MPa.Under this condition,the aluminum matrix of the carbon fiber composite material(3#) had fully diffused with the carbon fiber,forming a good interfacial bonding.The cross-sectional morphology of the carbon fiber composite materials under different hot-pressing processes showed a layered structure,and the carbon fibers were uniformly distributed in parallel.
