摘  要:针对传统Zn-15Al钢结构合金防腐涂层在恶劣服役条件下耐腐蚀性能减弱,服役寿命降低的问题,提出一种新型Zn-50Al合金材料的制备,并对新型合金材料的耐蚀性能和机理进行分析。试验结果表明:新型Zn-50Al合金涂层颜色光亮,表面光滑平整,没有明显缺陷存在,孔隙率和结合强度分别为10%和5.8 MPa,可与钢结构基质紧密结合。经过70 d长时间腐蚀后,虽然有腐蚀物出现,但仍旧具备一定的耐腐蚀能力。其耐腐蚀机理为,新型Zn-50Al合金涂层结构均匀,经过腐蚀后,得到结构致密的氢氧化铝,自腐蚀电流和折算系数均明显低于传统Zn-15Al合金涂层,具备较好的耐腐蚀性。Aiming at the problem that the corrosion resistance and service life of the traditional Zn-15Al steel structure alloy anti-corrosion coating are weakened under severe service conditions,a new type of Zn-50Al alloy material is prepared,and the corrosion resistance and mechanism of the new alloy material are analyzed.The test results show that the new Zn-50Al alloy coating has bright color,smooth and flat surface,no obvious defects,porosity and bonding strength of 10% and 5.8MPa,respectively,and can be closely combined with the steel structure matrix.After 70 days of corrosion,although there are corrosives,it still has a certain corrosion resistance.The corrosion mechanism is that the new Zn-50Al alloy coating has a uniform structure.After corrosion,aluminum hydroxide with dense structure is obtained.The self corrosion current and conversion coefficient are significantly lower than those of the traditional Zn-15Al alloy coating,which has good corrosion resistance.
