摘 要:为解决电网输电、变电、配电、安保、安监及营业厅等全业务视频的统一接入、存储、转发、分析、应用及管理问题,提出一种云边结合的电网视频云平台架构。构建了云边结合的电网视频云架构,研究了视频云中心及视频云节点的相关功能,基于该架构的视频管理、控制、调阅、分析及应用技术,实现各专业视频的统一管理、数据共享及融合服务。通过性能测试证明了该平台抗干扰概率更高,平台运行安全性更好。将技术方案应用到下一代电网智能视频监控系统中,能够为电网未来智能视频监控系统建设以及信息化建设提供了新思路和参考依据。In order to solve the problems of unified access,storage,forwarding,analysis,application and management of all business video such as power grid transmission,transformation,distribution,security,safety supervision and business hall,a cloud-edge combination of power grid video cloud platform architecture is proposed.A cloud-edge combination of power grid video cloud platform architecture was constructed,the relevant functions of video cloud center and video cloud node were studied.Based on the framework,video management,control,reading,analysis and application technology could realize unified management,data sharing and integration services of all professional videos.The performance test proved that the anti-interference probability of the platform was higher and the operation safety of the platform was better.The application of the technical scheme to the next generation of intelligent video monitoring system of power grid could provide a new idea and reference for the construction of intelligent video monitoring system and information construction in the future of the power grid.
