摘 要:为探明切花百合品种间差异性和建立合理评价体系,本文以‘西伯利亚’‘索邦’‘木门’等10个切花百合品种为试验材料,测定和观察其植株形态指标和瓶插寿命,运用描述性统计、相关性、主成分和聚类分析法对10个品种进行综合评价。结果表明,不同切花百合品种间形态指标和瓶插寿命存在一定差异,且各指标变异程度不一致,其中花色泽参数a^(*)和b^(*)变异系数最大。通过相关性分析可知23个指标间存在不同程度的相关性。通过主成分分析,共提取了6个主成分,累计方差贡献率高达94.832%,可以反映原指标的大部分信息;10个品种综合品质排序从高到低依次为L9、L10、L7、L3、L4、L6、L5、L8、L2和L1。通过聚类分析可将10个切花百合品种分为3类,基本上与主成分分析结果相一致。该研究摸清了几个切花百合品种间的差异性,基于本试验条件下,红巴塞、巴卡迪综合品质表现优,运用主成分和聚类分析评价切花百合是可行的。这些对指导切花百合产业健康发展有一定的参考价值。The purpose of this research is to investigate the differences among cut lily cultivars and to develop a suitable rating method.The plant morphological indicators and vase life of 10 cut lily varieties such as'Siberia''Sorbonne'and'Conca d'or'were measured and observed.A comprehensive investigation of 10 cultivars was conducted using descriptive statistics,correlation,principal component and cluster analysis.The findings indicated that there were differences in morphological indicators and vase life among different cut lily cultivars,and the degree of variation of each indicator was inconsistent,with the flower color parameters a^(*)and b^(*)having the largest coefficient of variation.A correlation analysis of 23 indicators revealed varied degrees of association.A total of six main components were recovered using principal component analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 94.832%,and they could capture the majority of the information from the original indicator.The 10 kinds were ranked in order of overall quality L9,L10,L7,L3,L4,L6,L5,L8,L2 and L1 from high to low.Ten cultivars of cut lily may be categorized into three groups using cluster analysis,which broadly agreed with the findings of principal component analysis.This investigation uncovered the variations among 10 cut lily cultivars.Based on the testing settings,L9 and L10 demonstrated good performance in terms of comprehensive quality,and it was feasible to evaluate cut lily using principal component analysis and cluster analysis.These serve as a point of reference for directing the healthy growth of the cut lily industry.
