摘　　要：以文献研究方法入手,通过阅读整理清代著名医家徐灵胎的著作及相关文献,从揣摩经典、继承前人观点、综合时域地域影响、承袭儒道思想等方面对徐灵胎继承前人并创新的元气学说的源流及学术特点开展系统研究。从元气的概念及特点、作用等方面系统阐发了徐灵胎元气学说理论,强调了诊治过程中,元气论学说实际运作的指导原则。指出辨别元气的存亡及保全元气的方法,提出根据元气的盛衰判断预后的治疗方法。徐灵胎元气学说在中医精气理论中极具自身特色,在临床辨证施治时风格鲜明,对中医理论的发展产生了较大的影响,在中医的诊法、治则、方药等多方面迄今仍有重要的指导意义。Starting with the literature research method,this study conducts a systematic study on the origin and academic characteristics of the Promordial Qi Theory that Xu Lingtai inherits from predecessors and innovates by reading and sorting out the works and related literature of Xu Lingtai,a famous doctor in the Qing dynasty,from the aspects of studying classics,inheriting the views of predecessors,synthesizing the influence of time and region,inheriting Confucianism and Taoism.This paper systematically expounds the Promordial Qi Theory of Xu Lingtai from the aspects of the concept,characteristics and functions of the promordial Qi,and emphasizes the guiding principles of the practical operation of the Promordial Qi Theory in the course of diagnosis and treatment.It points out the survival,decline and preservation of promordial Qi,and puts forward the treatment methods to judge the prognosis according to the prosperity and decline of promordial Qi.Xu Lingtai′s Promordial Qi Theory has its own characteristics in the theory of essence and Qi of traditional Chinese medicine.It has a distinct style in the clinical treatment and syndrome differentiation,and has a great impact on the development of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It still has important guiding significance in the diagnosis method,treatment principle,prescription and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine.
