针刺阳跷脉治疗周围性面瘫鼓颊障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺阳跷脉治疗面瘫鼓颊障碍的临床效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组以阳跷脉穴位地仓、承泣、巨髎、风池、睛明、跗阳、申脉为主穴,对照组常规取穴。治疗4个疗程后,对两组治疗前后的鼓颊程度、面部残疾指数(FDI)进行比较,并判定临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组鼓颊程度、面部残疾指数(FDI)与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在改善鼓颊程度方面效果更佳。结论:阳跷脉针刺与常规针刺都能有效改善面瘫,但针刺阳跷脉在治疗鼓颊障碍上优于常规取穴,能有效提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical observation of acupuncture in yangqiao meridian in treating disorder of puffing out the cheek due to facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,Dicang,Chengqi,Juliao,Fengchi,Jingming,Fuyang and Shenmai acupoints of yangqiao meridian were selected as the main acupoints,while in the control group,routine acupoints were selected.After 4 courses of treatment,the degree of puffing out the cheek and facial disability index(FDI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was determined.Results:After treatment,the degree of puffing out the cheek and(FDI)were compared between the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had better effect in improving the degree of puffing out the cheek.Conclusion:Both acupuncture in yangqiao meridian and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve facial paralysis,but acupuncture in yangqiao meridian is better than conventional acupoints selection in the treatment of disorder of puffing out the cheek,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
