针药并用治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针药并用对原发性骨质疏松症患者临床疗效、平衡能力、生活质量、骨密度的影响。方法:将63例肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为中药组、针刺组与针药组,每组21例,12周为1个疗程。比较3组治疗前后的中医症状积分、平衡能力、生存质量和骨密度,观察临床疗效。结果:针药组临床疗效优于中药组(P<0.05);针药组中医症状积分降低幅度优于中药组(P<0.05);针药组平衡能力优于中药组和针刺组,生存质量优于中药组(P<0.05);3组腰椎骨密度均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;3组间腰椎骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:针药并用治疗原发性骨质疏松症安全有效,可改善临床症状,提高平衡能力及生存质量,升高骨密度。Objective:To explore the effects of combination of acupuncture and medicine on clinical efficacy,balance ability,quality of life and bone mineral density in patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods:63 patients with primary osteoporosis caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group and combination of acupuncture and medicine group,21 cases in each group,12 weeks as a course of treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,balance ability,quality of life and bone mineral density of the three groups were compared before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was observed.Results:The clinical efficacy of combination of acupuncture and medicine group was better than that of Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The reduction of TCM symptom score in combination of acupuncture and medicine group was better than that in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The balance ability of combination of acupuncture and medicine group was better than that of Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group,and the quality of life was better than that of Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Lumbar bone mineral density in all three groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in lumbar bone mineral density among the three groups.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of primary osteoporosis is safe and effective,which can improve clinical symptoms,balance ability and quality of life,and increase bone mineral density.
