摘  要:为提高奥氏体不锈钢在高温条件下的使用稳定性,通过超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)在其表面制备了WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,并测试了涂层在不同温度下的氧化行为。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和热重分析仪对氧化前后涂层的相组成、组织形貌和氧化增重过程进行表征。结果表明,该涂层在400℃几乎不发生氧化,在500℃时会发生轻微氧化,而当温度升高至600℃时,氧化速率显著升高,涂层在经历1 h氧化后发生脱落,氧化产物主要为WO_(3)和CoWO_(4)。In order to improve the service stability of austenitic stainless steel under high temperature conditions,WC-10Co-4Cr coating was prepared on the surface of austenitic stainless steel by high velocity oxy-fuel spraying(HVOF),and the oxidation behavior of the coating at different temperatures was tested.The phase composition,microstructure and oxidation weight gain process of the coating before and after oxidation were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the coating is hardly oxidized at 400℃and slightly oxidized at 500℃.When the temperature rises to 600℃,the oxidation rate increases significantly.The coating falls off after 1 h oxidation,and the oxidation products are mainly WO_(3) and CoWO_(4).
