摘  要:随着中国电力体制改革工作的不断推进,需求响应作为调节用户负荷的有效措施被广泛应用。商业楼宇是用户负荷参与需求响应的重要组成部分,其“源网荷储”设备控制的能力将直接影响商业楼宇需求响应的效果。为解决存量商业楼宇需求响应中存在的储能、可中断负荷控制时延长、“源网荷储”设备互动控制能力差的问题,提出了一种基于5G通信技术的商业楼宇需求响应方法。首先,基于5G通信技术建立通信网络,降低需求响应通信时延,提高响应信号传输安全性。其次,计及电网需求响应信号、光伏发电随机性强等特点,通过粒子群优化算法实现商业楼宇“源网荷储”设备互动参与需求响应,提高商业楼宇参与需求响应的收益。最后,将所提方法应用在某地区的商业楼宇,其运行结果验证了该方法的有效性。With the continuous promotion of China’s power system reform,demand response is wide-ly used as an effective measure to regulate user load.Commercial buildings are an important part of user load participation in demand response,and their“source network load storage”equipment con-trol capability will directly affect the effect of demand response of commercial buildings.In order to solve the problems of energy storage,extension of interruptible load control and poor interactive con-trol ability of“source network load storage”equipment in the demand response of existing commer-cial buildings,a demand response method of commercial buildings based on 5G communication tech-nology is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the communication network is established based on 5G communication technology to reduce the demand response communication delay and improve the se-curity of response signal transmission.Secondly,considering the characteristics of power grid de-mand response signal and strong randomness of photovoltaic power generation,particle swarm opti-mization algorithm is used to realize the interactive participation of“source network load storage”e-quipment in commercial buildings in demand response,so as to improve the income of commercial buildings in demand response.Finally,the proposed method is applied to a commercial building in an area,and the operation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
