摘　　要：试验旨在研究加米霉素与瘟巴二联灭活疫苗混合注射防治生长兔呼吸道疾病效果。从稳定性、安全性、效果性三方面考核试验效果,发现,惠中加米霉素与疫苗两者混合具有稳定性好、安全性高等优点。每只仔兔使用加米霉素注射液的剂量分别为0.04、0.02、0.01 mL,与疫苗混合后,及时注射混合液2 mL。通过试验数据对比,在同等饲养条件下,加米霉素在降低兔病死率、提高出栏体重方面效果明显。按照每公斤体重注射剂量0.02和0.04 mL,均可以达到较好的效果,提高了出栏活兔数,增加经济效益。试验表明,加米霉素按照0.02 m L的剂量,与兔病毒性出血症巴氏杆菌二联灭活疫苗混合注射,仔兔呼吸道疾病防治效果最佳。The purpose of this study was to study the effect of mixed injection of gamithromycin and rabbit viral hemorrhagic Pasteurella multocida vaccine in the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in growing rabbits.From the three steps of stability,safety and efficacy,it can be found that the mixture of Huizhong gamithromycin and vaccine has the advantages of good stability and high safety.Each young rabbit was injected with gamithromycin injection at the doses of 0.04,0.02,0.01 m L respectively,After being mixed with the vaccine,the mixture was injected with 2 m L in time.Through the comparison of the experimental data,under the same feeding conditions,gamithromycin was effective in reducing the mortality and increasing the body weight of rabbits.According to the injection dose of 0.02 and 0.04 m L per kilogram body weight,better results can be achieved,the number of live rabbits can be increased and the economic benefit can be increased.Experiments have shown that gamithromycin,administered at a dose of 0.02 m L and mixed with the rabbit viral hemorrhagic Pasteurella multocida vaccine,has the best prevention and treatment effect for respiratory diseases in rabbits.
