伊维菌素与双甲脒防控兔疥螨病的对照试验

摘　　要：为了提高治疗兔疥螨病的疗效,选择有临床症状的104个病例的共5组繁殖母兔,分别采用口服伊维菌素1次;双甲脒喷淋1次;口服伊维菌素,第9天重复1次;双甲脒喷淋,第7天重复1次;口服伊维菌素,第9天双甲脒喷淋1次等5种方法处理。结果,首次给药的第7天、第14天,5种方法的临床治愈均为100%;第21天,第1、2种方法处理的母兔,分别出现3.4%、1.7%的临床病例,当天分别再用第3、4种的方法处理;5组母兔在第1次处理后的第42、63、126、182天检查,均无临床病例。认为,存栏兔口服伊维菌素,第9天重复1次;口服伊维菌素,第9天双甲脒喷淋1次;环境带兔喷淋双甲脒,第7天重复1次等3种方法,均可根治兔疥螨病。In order to improve the therapeutic effect of sarcoptic scabies,five groups of breeding female rabbits with 104 clinical cases were selected to receive ivermectin once orally.Diformamidine spray 1 time;Oral ivermectin,repeated once on day 9;Diformamidine spray,repeated once on day 7;Oral ivermectin,the 9th day diformamidine spray 1 time and 5 methods of treatment.Results:On the 7th and 14th day of the first administration,the clinical cure rate of 5 methods was 100%.On the 21st day,3.4%and 1.7%of the female rabbits treated with the first and second methods were treated with the third and fourth methods on the same day.5groups of female rabbits were examined on day 42,day 63,day 126 and day 182 after the first treatment,and there were no clinical cases.The rabbits were given ivermectin orally and repeated once on the 9th day.Oral ivermectin,diformamidine spray once on day 9;Sarcoptic scabies can be cured by spraying diformamidine with environmental belt rabbits,repeated once on the 7th day.
