摘　　要：中国城镇化进程迈入高质量发展时期,智能城市开放空间联动成为建设城市安全共同体的重要举措。通过分析城市突发灾害中城市开放空间的重要作用及其智能联动的必要性,梳理城市开放空间与居民行为互动的关系。得出城市开放空间联动将完善城市防灾、防疫系统,提升生活品质,带动区域经济可持续发展。China's urbanization process has entered a development period,and the spatial linkage of smart cities has become an important measure to ensure urban safety.Analyze the role of urban space in sudden disasters and the necessity of intelligent linkage,and comb the interaction between urban space and residents.Urban spatial linkage will improve theurban disaster prevention and epidemic prevention system,improve the quality of life,and drive economic development.
