摘　　要：接管埋弧自动焊机是石油化工等压力容器焊接的关键设备,但其自动化水平、操作便捷性有待提高。通过研究数字化接管埋弧自动焊机关键技术,设计机械结构、电气控制系统和自动化PLC程序,提升焊机数字化、自动化水平,降低对操作者技术水平的要求,提高产品质量,缩短产品制造周期。Pipe connecting submerged arc automatic welder is the key equipment for welding of pressure vessels in the petrochemical industry,however,its level of automation and operation easiness have to be improved.This paper studies the key technologies of digital pipe connecting submerged arc automatic welder,improves the level of digitization and automation of the welder,and lower the requirement of operator’s technical level by designing the mechanical structure,electrical control system and automatic PLC program,thus improves the product quality and shortens the manufacturing cycle.
