摘　　要：针对某精轧机接轴夹紧装置事故问题进行分析和改进,保证夹紧装置夹持稳定,自动换辊有效可靠,避免接轴掉落,装辊卡阻等事故的发生,同时缩短自动换辊时间,确保生产线稳定运行。This paper analyzes the causes of accidents of the spindle clamping device of a certain finishing mill,and makes improvement in order to ensure stable clamping and effective and reliable automatic roll changing,avoid accidents such as falling of spindle and interference during roll assembly,shorten automatic roll changing time and ensure stable operation of the production line.
