摘  要:筛杆截面形状对刚柔耦合筛面性能具有重要影响。为进一步提高筛面防堵孔能力,提出将倒梯形截面筛杆应用于刚柔耦合筛面。通过建立筛面孔径时变函数,证明倒梯形截面筛杆可以获得较圆截面筛杆更为显著的孔径变化效果。利用EDEM API插件与Python二次处理法,分析了不同参数条件下物料平均透筛时间、平均输送速度及筛分效率的变化情况,得到结论:平均透筛时间与筛分效率的关联性较为显著;当浮动杆y方向振幅增值ΔAy较大时,倒梯形截面筛杆可以获得优于圆截面筛杆的筛分效率。采用黏性颗粒压制法,模拟了筛面克服潮湿物料严重糊状堵孔的能力,通过与圆截面筛杆对比,得到结论:倒梯形截面筛杆具有更为明显的防堵孔效果,同时可以避免二次堵孔的发生。The section shape of screen rod has a significant effect on the performance of rigid-flexible coupling screen surface.In order to improve the anti-blocking ability,it was proposed to apply the inverted trapezoidal section screen rod to the rigid-flexible coupling screen surface.By establishing the time-varying function of screen surface aperture,it was proved that the inverted trapezoidal section screen rod could obtain a more significant aperture change effect than the circular section screen rod.At the same time,using EDEM API plug-in and Python secondary processing method,the changes of average penetration time,average conveying speed and screening efficiency of materials under different parameters were analyzed.It was concluded that the correlation between average penetration time and screening efficiency was significant.When the amplitude incrementΔAy in the y direction of floating rod was large,the screening efficiency of inverted trapezoidal section screen rod could be better than that of circular section screen rod.Then,the viscous particle pressingmethod was used to simulate the ability of screen surface to overcome the serious paste blocking of wet materials.By comparing with the circular section screen rod,it was concluded that the inverted trapezoidal section screen rod had a more obvious anti-blocking effect,and could avoid the secondary blockage.
