摘　　要：目的研究基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的个性化护理在肱骨髁上骨折患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2020年4月至2021年11月扬州市妇幼保健院收治的62例肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象, 将其随机分为FTS组32例和对照组30例。对照组采用常规骨科护理, FTS组采用基于FTS理念的个性化护理。比较两组疼痛程度评分、住院时间、住院费用、患肢肿胀程度、患儿家长焦虑度及对护理满意度之间的差异。结果 FTS组术后6 h和24 h疼痛评分显著小于对照组, 住院天数比对照组少, 两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FTS组家长焦虑度显著低于对照组, 对护理满意度显著高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的个性化护理应用于儿童肱骨骨折患儿临床护理中, 可减轻患儿疼痛程度, 减少住院时间, 降低患儿家长焦虑度, 提高其对护理的满意度, 促进患儿康复。Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)in children with supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods A total of 62 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus admitted to Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into the FTS group(32 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group received routine orthopedic nursing,while the FTS group received individualized nursing based on the FTS concept.The differences of pain rating,length of stay,hospitalization cost,swelling degree of affected limb,anxiety degree of parents and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores at 6 hours and 24 hours after surgery in the FTS group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Parents'anxiety in the FTS group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and their nursing satisfaction was significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of personalized nursing based on the FTS concept in clinical nursing of children with humeral fractures can reduce the pain degree of children,reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce the anxiety of parents of children,improve their satisfaction with nursing,and promote the rehabilitation of children.
