以护士为主导的健康促进干预计划在宫颈癌ARHI紫杉醇耐药性护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在宫颈癌患者护理中实施以护士为主导的健康促进干预计划, 对其母系印迹抑癌基因(ARHI)紫杉醇耐药性的改善效果。方法选取南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院300例宫颈癌患者, 在2017年1月至2021年12月于该院接受治疗, 采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组, 各150例。对照组实施常规护理, 观察组实施以护士为主导的健康促进干预计划, 于出院前1 d对比两组不良反应发生率, 入院当日、出院前1 d使用疾病自我管理评分量表(CDSMS)和癌因性疲乏量表(CRF), 分别评估两组患者自我管理能力和癌因性疲乏。结果出院前1 d, 观察组CDSMS量表评分高于对照组, 且不良反应发生率及CRF量表评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施以护士为主导的健康促进干预计划能够减少ARHI紫杉醇宫颈癌患者不良反应的发生, 缓解其癌因性疲乏, 从而提升自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of nurse-led health promotion intervention program on cervical cancer patients and the improvement of their maternal imprinted tumor suppressor gene(ARHI)paclitaxel resistance.Methods A total of 300 patients with cervical cancer who were treated in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group Suqian Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,while the observation group carried out a health promotion intervention plan led by nurses.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups 1 day before discharge.The self-management ability and cancer-related fatigue were evaluated by Chronic Disease Self Managenment Study Measuyre(CDSMS)and the Cancer Related Fatigue(CRF)on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge.Results One day before discharge,the CDSMS scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and CRF scale score were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of nurse-led health promotion intervention program can reduce ARHI paclitaxel resistance of cervical cancer patients,alleviate their cancer-related fatigue,and thus improve their self-management ability.
