摘  要:磷元素是农作物碳水化合物合成、分解与转运必需的营养元素,在农业中主要以施肥的方式提供。肥料中适当的磷元素含量对植物块茎块根的生长与种子的形成起关键作用,直接影响到作物的产量和品质,但目前缺乏简便、快捷的测量磷元素含量的方法。采用间接测量的方式,提出了一种应用能量色散X射线荧光光谱分析法(energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence,EDXRF)测定肥料中磷含量的方法。通过化学方法将磷肥中的磷元素转换成磷钼酸喹啉沉淀,应用EDXRF测定磷钼酸喹啉沉淀中钼元素的含量,再根据化学反应关系式中磷元素与钼元素的化学计量关系,计算得到肥料中磷的含量。确定了钼元素的最佳激发条件:光管电压为29 kV,光管电流为8μA。测量得到硝酸磷肥中磷的有效含量为10.63%,相对标准偏差为0.51%,相对平均偏差为0.39%,与熔片法检测分析结果相一致。Phosphorus is an essential nutrient element for the synthesis,decomposition and transport of carbohydrate in crops.It is mainly provided by fertilization in agriculture.Proper phosphorus content in fertilizer plays a key role in the growth of plant tubers and roots and the formation of seeds,which directly affects the yield and quality of crops.However,there is a lack of simple and quick measurement methods.Using indirect measurement,a method for the determination of phosphorus content in fertilizer by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(EDXRF)was proposed.The phosphorus in phosphate fertilizer was converted into quinoline phosphomolybdate precipitation by chemical method,the content of molybdenum in quinoline phosphomolybdate precipitation was determined by EDXRF.Then the content of phosphorus in fertilizer was calculated according to the stoichiometric relationship between phosphorus and molybdenum in the chemical reaction relationship.The optimum excitation conditions for molybdenum were determined:the optical tube voltage is 29 kV,the optical tube current is 8μA.In this experiment,the available phosphorus content of phosphorus nitrate fertilizer is 10.63%,the relative standard deviation is 0.51%,and the relative mean deviation is 0.39%.The measured results is in accord with that of the melting method.
