摘　　要：为揭示达乌尔黄鼠年周期褐色脂肪变化,采集起始育肥期、快速育肥期、完成育肥期、冬眠早期、冬眠晚期和出眠期的达乌尔黄鼠,分别检测其体重、肩胛骨褐色脂肪重量和褐色脂肪中UCP 1的表达。结果显示:起始育肥期黄鼠体重开始增加,直至体重高峰值,约增加70%的重量,平均每天增加(1.92±0.21)g,完成育肥期黄鼠体重下降,冬眠阶段黄鼠体重缓慢降低,平均每天降低(0.74±0.05)g,入眠前期褐色脂肪含量增加;冬眠阶段褐色脂肪含量达到峰值,UCP 1表达显著增加。以上结果表明,达乌尔黄鼠冬眠阶段褐色脂肪含量和UCP 1表达增加,为其冬眠阶段提供了充足的能量。To determine the role of brown adipose tissue(BAT)in hibernation of daurian ground squirrels,the daurian ground squirrels were collected from early-fattening period,mid-fattening period,post-fattening period,early-hibernation period,late-hibernation period,arousal period,respectively,and the body weight,food intake.The weight of BAT and the expression of UCP 1 were detected.Results show that the animals begin to increase the body weight from early-fattening period,the body weight increases about 70%to post-fattening period,and average growth of(1.92±0.21)g,the animals of early-hibernation period loss their body weight with an average steed by(0.74±0.05)g,the BAT content of the animals of hibernation period are significant increased than the other period,the expression of UCP 1 significant increases during post-fattening period,and stay a peak value during hibernating period.Above all,the results indicated that the content of brown adipose tissue and the expression of UCP 1 increase during hibernation,which provided energy for the hibernating period.
