摘 要:介绍了脉冲波形分析中用电荷积分法鉴别带电粒子的方法,给出了CsI(Tl)脉冲波形粒子鉴别能力的评估方法。用VME(versa module eurocard)数据获取系统的电荷积分插件QDC和基于PXI(PCI extensions for Instrumentation)的XIA获取系统获取CsI(Tl)闪烁探测器的脉冲信号波形各有优缺点。相较于过去在实验中利用QDC电子学插件对闪烁体的脉冲波形做快、慢成分的在线积分处理,该研究在XIA获取系统采集的CsI(Tl)闪烁体真实脉冲波形基础上,利用ROOT数据分析软件,在离线数据处理过程中利用程序调整积分门的延迟和宽度,研究了积分门的延迟和宽度的变化对探测器粒子鉴别能力的影响。定义了一种简单、明了的判断方法,通过比较2种不同粒子在二维鉴别谱中的分布距离来判断在不同积分门延迟和宽度下粒子的鉴别能力并研究其变化规律,探究该方法的可行性,为以后采用电荷积分插件实验提供参考。The particle identification with charge integral method in pulse waveform analysis is introduced and the evaluation formula for the ability of CsI(Tl)particle identification by pulse waveform analysis is given in this paper.There are some advantages and disadvantages for VME(versa module eurocard)data acquisition system using charge integral electric module QDC and the XIA acquisition system based on PXI(PCI extensions for Instrumentation)by recording the full pulse waveform.Other than the usual way to integrate the charge of fast and slow components of the scintillator pulse waveform online using QDC in the experiment,at the present work,the delay and width of the integrating gate have been adjusted to study their effects on the ability of particle identification using the ROOT software in offline analysis based on the real pulse waveform of CsI(Tl)scintillator obtained by XIA data acquisition system.In order to estimate the ability of particle identification with different integrating gate and study the regularity,a concise formula is defined by comparison of the distance of the two kinds of particle on the two-dimension spectrum for particle identification,explore the feasibility of this method and provide reference for future experiments using charge integration plugins.
