摘 要:试验旨在研究在蛋鸡饮水中添加知母黄芪粗提物对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及抗氧化功能的影响。选择体重相近的1200只伊莎褐蛋鸡,随机分成4个处理组,各组蛋鸡饲喂相同的日粮,各试验组分别在饮水中添加1.0、1.5、2.0 mL/kg的知母黄芪粗提物,对照组饮水中不添加知母黄芪粗提物。预试期1 w,正式试验期4 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组伊莎褐蛋鸡的产蛋率、平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05);所有知母黄芪粗提物组的蛋鸡的死淘率显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组伊莎褐蛋鸡的料蛋比、鸡蛋破损率显著降低(P<0.05)。试验2组和试验3组鸡蛋的哈夫单位显著提高(P<0.05);所有知母黄芪粗提物组鸡蛋的蛋壳强度和厚度得到显著改善(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组鸡蛋的蛋重和蛋清重显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,知母黄芪粗提物组伊莎褐蛋鸡血清中丙二醛水平显著下降(P<0.05),试验2组和试验3组伊莎褐蛋鸡血清总抗氧化能力显著增强(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著增强(P<0.05),而过氧化氢浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在蛋鸡养殖饮水中添加1.5、2.0 mL/kg的知母黄芪粗提物可以改善蛋鸡的产蛋性能、蛋品质,增强机体的抗氧化能力,建议在养殖中使用1.5 mL/kg的知母黄芪粗提物。The experiment was to study the effect of Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract on laying performance,egg quality and antioxidant function of laying hens.A total of 1200 Esha brown laying hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into four treatment groups.Laying hens in each group were fed with the same diet,the test groups added 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 mL/kg of Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract in drinking water,respectively,and the control group did not add Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract in drinking water.Pre-feeding lasted for 1 w,and the formal experiment lasted for 4 w.The results showed that compared with control group,the laying rate and average egg weight of laying hens in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the death and culling rate of laying hens added Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the feed to egg ratio and egg breakage rate of laying hens in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the haugh unit of eggs in test group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the eggshell strength and thickness of eggs in all Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract groups were improved(P<0.05),and the egg weight and egg white weight of eggs were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum malondialdehyde was significantly decreased in Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract group(P<0.05),serum total antioxidant capacity of laying hens in test group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activity of catalase,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentration of hydrogen peroxide was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 1.5 and 2.0 mL/kg Rhizoma anemarrhenae and Astragalus crude extract to drinking water can improve the laying performance and egg quality,and enhance the antioxidant c
