摘　　要：在国内饲料端禁抗的背景下,寻找具有提高动物生产性能和免疫力、降低料重比的优质饲料成为研究热点。与常规饲料相比,发酵饲料能够提高动物的生产性能和免疫力,降低料重比,调节瘤胃菌群平衡。文章从发酵饲料的种类、作用机制、营养价值及其在反刍动物养殖中的应用等方面进行综述,以期为青藏地区发酵饲料的开发及其在牦牛养殖中的应用推广提供参考。Under the background of domestic feed end prohibition,it has become a hot research direction to search for high-quality feeds that can improve animal performance and immunity and reduce feed to gain ratio.Compared with conventional feed,fermented feed can improve the performance and immunity of animals,reduce feed to gain ratio,and regulate the balance of rumen flora.In the paper,the types,mechanism,nutritional value of fermented feed and its application in ruminant breeding are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the development of fermented feed and its application in yak breeding in Qinghai-Tibet region.
