摘 要:对改进的管腐蚀法所制备的凹腔结构光纤探针使用直径为4μm的二氧化硅微球进行微粒修饰,能够提高凹腔结构光纤探针的捕获力。对微粒修饰后的凹腔结构光纤探针的捕获力和捕获范围进行了理论计算以及实验测量。在理论上,微粒修饰后的凹腔结构光纤探针捕获力比无微粒修饰时增大了近3倍;在实验上,用4μm的二氧化硅微粒修饰后的凹腔结构光纤探针能够捕获探针附近的酵母菌细胞,并且其捕获力相较于微粒修饰前提高了2.4倍,与理论计算接近。To improve trapping force of the optical fiber probe that was made using improved tube etching.Inside the concave cavity,a silica microsphere particle with a 4μm diameter was modified.The trapping force and range of particlemodified optical fiber probe with a concave cavity were theoretically computed and experimentally measured.According to theoretical computations,the theoretical trapping force of a particle-modified optical fiber probe with a concave cavity increased by a factor of 3.Experimentally,the particle-modified optical fiber probe with a concave cavity was able to trap the yeast cell in the vicinity of the probe,and its trapping effect was increased by 2.4times compared to that before particle modification.
