摘　　要：We devoloped an efficient and simple method to synthesize fluorene derivatives via intramolecular Friedel-Crafts alkylation of chalcones.The transform is catalyzed by TfOH in CH_(3)NO_(2)at 80℃and the yield is up to 99%.
