摘 要:针对在役海洋平台因新增动设备引起的振动问题,梳理了设备激励下的平台结构振动分析流程和评价准则。以某在役平台及其新增橇装透平发电机组为例,应用SACS和ANSYS软件建立数值仿真模型,进行结构模态和动响应分析,计算和评估橇装设备与平台结构的频率裕度,以及甲板在设备激励下的局部振动响应。结果表明:平台的结构频率储备和局部振动响应值分别满足ISO标准和CCS指南的要求。评估方法可为在役平台新增橇装动设备提供技术支持。Vibration may be induced by the addition of a rotating machinery package on an in-service offshore platform.Analysis procedure and assessment criteria were reviewed for structural vibration of an offshore platform under machinery excitation.Taking an in-service platform and its skid-mounted turbine generator set as an example,numerical simulation models were created by using software SACS and ANSYS respectively,and structural modal analysis and dynamic response analysis were carried out.The frequency margin between the skid-mounted machinery and the platform structure,together with the local vibration response of the deck under the machinery excitation were calculated and evaluated.The results show that the frequency margin and local vibration response of the platform structure meet the requirements of both ISO standards and CCS guidance notes.The assessment results can provide technical support for an in-service offshore platform to plan to add a new skid-mounted turbine generator package.
