摘　　要：标准实施是实现标准价值的唯一途径,也是标准化工作的重要部分。本文面向汽车行业国家强制性标准开展标准实施效果评估体系的研究,根据汽车行业的特性和市场发展现状对评价目标、参评对象、评估指标、权重和评估方法等方面做了系统性分析并建立体系,为汽车相关国家强制性标准实施效果评估工作的开展提供参考。Standard implementation is the only way to realize the value of standards and an important part of standardization work.This article focuses on the research of the evaluation system for the implementation effect of national mandatory standards in the automotive industry.Based on the characteristics and market development status of the automotive industry,a systematic analysis and establishment of a three-dimensional system were conducted on the evaluation objectives,participants,evaluation indicators,weights,and evaluation methods,providing reference for the evaluation of the implementation effect of national mandatory standards related to automobiles.
