摘 要:帘线钢由于含有较高的碳含量,极易在连铸过程中产生中心偏析和疏松、缩孔缺陷,影响成品稳定性。目前,轻压下工艺作为一种改善铸坯内部质量的有效方法之一,被广泛应用于连铸生产中。实验以LX86帘线钢为例,制定不同拉速下的轻压下实验方案,进行工业试验。使用碳硫检测仪、电子探针(EPMA)等对工业试验后铸坯及轧材元素偏析情况进行检测,试验结果表明,拉速设定为2.2m/min时,铸坯中心碳偏析指数由1.136降低至1.062,轧材中碳、硅元素偏析指数得到改善,有效改善了铸坯内部元素均匀性,为后续成品的质量稳定性提供了支撑。Due to the high content of carbon in tire cord steel,it is very easy to cause central segregation,looseness and shrinkage hole defects in the continuous casting process,which affect the stability of the finished products.At present,as one of the effective ways to improve the internal quality of casting billets,the soft reduction process is widely used in continuous casting production.Taking LX86tire cord steel as an example,the experimental schemes under soft reduction at different tensile speeds were formulated to carry out industrial tests.The elemental segregation in casting billet and rolled product was examined after industrial tests by carbon-sulfur analyzer and electron probe micro analyzer(EPMA).The results showed that when the tensile speed was set at 2.2m/min,the center segregation index of carbon in casting billet decreased from 1.136to 1.062.The segregation index of carbon and silicon in the rolled product was improved.The uniformity of internal elements in the casting billet was effectively improved.This study provided support for the quality stability of the subsequent finished products.
