摘  要:介绍国际纺织机械展览会(ITMA2023)有关针织圆纬机厂商展出的产品,重点阐述针织圆纬机的整机及配套附件的创新技术,更多聚焦于行业发展许久以来亟待解决的生产管理实时数据化的MES系统、人工智能监测方法等相关主题。企业采用人工智能支持用户优化生产流程,采用实时数据采集和分析来提高管理水平。提出一些针织圆纬机生产织物过程中尚未有效解决的相关技术难点和存在问题的浅见拙识。本土圆纬机厂商亟需练好内功加大研发创新力度,拓展思路凝共识,取长补短促提升,来迎合全球竞争,才能更好地立足于市场,因为技术才是真正的核心竞争力。The products exhibited by relevant manufacturers of circular weft knitting machines at the international textile machinery exhibition(ITMA2023)were introduced,and the innovative technology of knitting machines and supporting accessories were focused on.Meanwhile,this paper also concentrated more on the real-time data MES system of production management,artificial intelligence monitoring methods and other related topics to be solved since the development of a long time in the industry.Enterprises use artificial intelligence to support users to optimize production processes,implement online real-time data collection and analysis,and use new technologies to improve management levels.Some technical difficulties and existing problems,which have not been effectively solved in the process of producing fabrics by knitting circular weft machines,were proposed.Domestic circular weft machine manufacturers urgently need to improve their internal skills and increase their research and innovation efforts to meet global competition so as to better stand in the market because technology is the true core competitiveness.
